Daniela Andrade
Daniela Andrade is a Honduran–Canadian singer, songwriter, and producer whose work blends intimate vocals, bilingual songwriting and lush yet unexpected production into an inimitable world. She first built a global audience on YouTube, where her minimal, acoustic videos grew to over 1.9 million subscribers and 380 million views. That online success led to a sold out world tour across 12 countries with 10,000 tickets sold.
As an independent artist, Andrade has built a distinctive catalog that spans acoustic simplicity, jazz-inflected soul, R&B, and experimental electronic production. Moving between both English and Spanish gives her music a broader emotional range and allows her to tell stories from both sides of her background. Her EP ‘Tamale’ marked a breakthrough, weaving Honduran influences with contemporary textures; tracks like ‘Puddles’ have since sparked viral traction, generating over 300,000 uses across Instagram Reels and TikTok. Her music has appeared widely in film and television, including Suits, Supergirl, The Umbrella Academy, and in major brand campaigns such as Hyundai’s Winter Olympics spot.
Andrade has received coverage and praise from NPR, The FADER, NYLON, The Line of Best Fit, Complex, Wonderland, and Billboard, which named her a “Latin Artist on the Rise”. She also received the 2020 Prism Prize Hi Fidelity Award in recognition of her visual work.
With over 1 Billion streams, 1.5 Million monthly Spotify listeners, and a dedicated international fanbase, Daniela Andrade continues to grow as one of the most recognizable independent voices in bilingual indie and alternative music. Following recent singles “cohete” and “fantasmagoría,” Andrade will release her debut full-length album ‘Oda’ in early 2026. Self
produced and creative directed by Andrade, the album is her most personal project to date, delving into the alchemy of expressing rather than repressing anger, while exploring themes of belonging, desire, and womanhood.
